Follow the steps listed below to log in to your Johnson Bank online banking account.
Step 1 - Go to the Johnson Bank homepage, enter your username into the eBanking login form on the right-side of the homepage (outlined with the red arrow in the screenshot below).
Note: Click the ‘Additional Logins’ button to select another online banking service to log in to.
Step 2 - After clicking the ‘Login’ button you will be redirected to the password input form. Enter your password into the blank input field and then click the ‘Sign In’ butto to access your account.
- Forgot Password – If you have forgotten your Johnson Bank online banking password, you must call the Johnson Bank customer service line at (1-888-769-3796).
Johnson Bank’s mobile application is designed for iOS (iPhone) and Android-powered devices (smartphones and tablets). On a mobile browser, Johnson Bank’s website will automatically load the mobile version. To directly load the mobile website, go to (https://m.johnsonbank.com). Follow the steps listed below to access your eBanking account from the mobile site.
Note: Because Johnson Bank’s website is responsive, you can also click the ‘Visit Full Site’ button at the bottom of the mobile homepage, in order to load the desktop version.
Step 1 - On the mobile homepage, click the ‘EBANKING LOGIN’ button as outlined in the screenshot below.
Step 2 - Enter your user ID and password into the appropriate input fields, and then click the ‘Continue’ button at the bottom of the page.
Enroll in Online Banking
If you are a current Johnson Bank account holder and wish to enroll into eBanking, follow the steps listed below.
Step 1 - On the Johnson Bank homepage, click the ‘enroll’ link on the login form (outlined in the screenshot below).
Step 2 - On the eBanking enrollment page, select which type of account you have. Check the box (agreeing to the terms of the eBanking disclosure), and then click the ‘Continue’ button at the bottom of the screen. Enter all required information, and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the enrollment process.
Note: Allow 1 to 3 business days for Johnson Bank to process your eBanking enrollment application.
